CIFC Community Health Center of Greater Danbury

DSC_0688 master.jpgCIFC Community Health Center of Greater Danbury (CIFC/GDCHC) is a federally qualified community health center organized in collaboration between CIFC and the long-standing medical practice of Drs. Koepke, Mauks & Mauks in Danbury. It was organized in response to the growing number of children and adults in our region who have little or no health insurance and no medical home. As a result, they go without preventive care, and/or treatment of chronic conditions that would help to keep them well.

CIFC/GDCHC offers a comprehensive range of primary care, including medical, dental and mental health services, on a sliding fee basis, to people of all ages: children, adolescents, adults and seniors, especially those who are medically underserved. Our mission is to ensure affordable, accessible, comprehensive, high quality health care to the residents of the Greater Danbury area, regardless of their ability to pay or their insurance status.

Appointments:

Appointments are available by telephone, with same day services available as medically appropriate. We ask that you provide your insurance information at the time you schedule your appointment. Please give us 24 hours notice should you find it necessary to cancel your appointment. This will allow us to give the appointment slot to another patient.

On the day of your appointment, you will need to provide personal identification, proof of address, and insurance information. If you are uninsured, you can apply for our Discounted Fee Schedule Program by completing an application and providing proof of available income.

Service Area: Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, Bridgewater, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Sherman.
